Landlords Home Emergency Policy
From £150 per year for 12 months.
The policy provides assistance in the event of a range of domestic emergencies such as boiler breakdown,
plumbing and drainage problems, home security (Inc locks and windows), lost keys, loss of domestic power supply, and vermin infestation.
Cover includes:
- Call out charge
- Labour up to maximum of 2 hours
- Parts and materials up to £100 (incl VAT)
- Alternative accommodation up to £250
- Maximum payable per claim £1,000
- No limit to number of claims made in year
- Breakdown of main heating system
- Plumbing and drainage problems
- Damage to/failure of home security (locks and windows)
- Breakage/failure of sole toilet unit
- Loss of domestic power supply
- Lost keys and Vermin infestation
Policy Exclusions:
- Costs not authorised by us (we appoint the contractor)
- Exclude boilers over 15 years old
- Exclude boilers not annually serviced
- Exclude Oil, LPG, solar and non domestic boilers
- Exclude pre-existing problems + DIY mistakes
- Exclude garages, outbuildings, septic tanks
- Exclude unoccupied properties
